Looking for a nice place to stay in Renton' Keep looking! This place is a rip-off and the manager is an inexperienced, incompetent control freak. The will promise the world until you get that lease signed, then things change. Abrasive, rude and overly authorative. This is supposed to be "home", right' More like a detention center! Document your apartment condition because they will nail you on your departure as well. I'd prefer to see the place fixed up and converted to condo's and have the property manager go flip burgers at McDonalds instead. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

wow..this sounds like a review of some neighbourhood competitor or something. after living at ML all these years i could not agree with a single word from that review.

I think this review is fairly accurate. The place was infested with ants, the staff was fairly inexperienced and rude (Danielle), and the interiors were a dank & dated 1970's style. There are many other places much newer, much cleaner and with more friendly staff in that area. I've since bought a house, which is what all you renters ought to be trying to do.
