I have lived in apartments my whole life. My parents used to manage them when I was a child so I know what it takes to run a successful apartment complex.

Vlad is the current matinance man and he rocks. Very prompt, very polite, and very good. I have only had need to contact them twice about anything, and he was here the next day and fixed my issues quickly.

I have dealt mostely with Courtney and she is very polite and caring. I had an issue with the next door apartment being painted and the fumes seeping into my apartment. I talked with her and she did what she could to alleviate the situation. All of the management staff have been exemplary and polite.

It is nice to be walking distance to the park and lake as well as Frys Electronics. Convenient to 3 onramps for 405 if you take the side roads.

My only complaint about the complex is that I feel my apartment is over priced. They had renovated some stuff before I moved in, but I still feel that the apartment is worth about $100 a month less than what I pay.

Overall though, it is a nice place to live with little to no hassles. Also, there are at least 2 police officers that live in the complex. Always a good sign if you ask me.
