I have lived here for about 6 months and have been EXTREMELY happy. The office staff is welcoming and friendly. The apartment is big and has a great floor plan. The grounds are kept VERY well and always looks nice. There is almost always visitor parking. The staff always keeps tenants notified about the projects or issues that have or will take place. Not a party atmosphere at all. Mostly young couples or singles that live around me. Many Boeing employees since we live near the Seattle and Renton plants. The work they did to renovate is kind of quickly done but definately makes these older units feel new. The windows should have been replaced though. That is my only complaint, very hard to keep heated so utilities are VERY high. I love Marina Landing and will be sad to leave when I buy a condo next year.

Just a follow up to my rating. I have since purchased an 1800 square foot town home with three bathrooms about 20 minutes away. Even with the addtitional square footage and bathrooms (only had one at Marina Laning) my water, sewer, garbage bill (billed by the same company - ISTA) is HALF here what it was at Marina Landing. I brought this to their attention at the time because I felt the bills were very high. They just said that is how it is. I still recommend Marina Landing but just know that utilites will be very expensive there. I feel like this is due to the way they calculate your portion of WSG in relation to the building's total (has to do with sq footage and such - no idividual meters). FYI...My electricity was also very high there due to old windows. It costs the same to heat my three level townhome as my 2 bedroom apartment at Marina Landing. To be honest, that is all I can say that was bad about Marina Landing.
