The manager at this place is a total -----!!! A total slacker!! She never returns phone calls or helps in keeping the residents happy. She is never in the office and never takes care of things around the complex!!! She needs to be fired!!!!! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

This is the manager. Please feel free to contact me. I'm not sure if this got posted to the wrong Marina Landing site (was it meant for the one in Florida instead of here in Renton?), but I am here 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, 9-6, often times without a lunch. Please let me know how we can help you better. I am not aware of someone I have not returned a call to and we are always here for you. I also have a fabulous supportive team here to help with all our residents needs.

Yah this must be wrong posting. Because I live here (in Renton ML) almost 2 years now and am 100% satisfied. The staff is always available there for you..sometimes can even find them working during the weekends or late hours and they will always assist you with whatever seem to be an issue.

I am looking for a new aparment with my husband and new baby girl and have to say I agree with the manager. I'm not sure if it is the same manager as when we lived there 3 years ago but since then we've never been as happy with a complex! We rented from an Archstone property in the area, and even with their superior amenities the office staff alone was enough for me to write a formal complaint about and even call king 5 to report their practices. Marina was fabulous and maybe we'll have to come full cirle and live there again! Staff was always competant AND caring, a very rare thing in most complexes...

Manager is full of crap! A bit biased, I would guess,as her job depens upon her perormance, which is lousey! They need to STOP jacking their tenants and gouging them for damage deposits when they leave. They make enough on their overpriced rent rates, GEEZ!!
