This place is shady as hell. I lived here for one year. Below me was an old ------- with two yappy little dogs, above were two girls who walk on their heels with lead shoes and own a drum set. Ants came in through the window and it took me a 3 weeks to stop them. I never complained once, my rent was always on time, I am the perfect tenant. I scrubbed that apt for 2 days and repainted the fireplace when I moved out.
After I moved out I was charged hundreds of dollars for apartment cleaning, did not get my deposit back, had my motorcycle towed because it had cobwebs on it, was referred to collections immediatley even though they knew my forwarding address and phone number. All together I ended up paying $700 after I moved out and almost had my credit effected.

We wish this resident would have come to us with their concerns while living here. We would have addressed them as they came up. We have a lot of great residents who pay on time and complain little, but that does not mean we expect them to never report issues to us. We welcome them. We would rather take care of them right away than let things get out of hand and potentially lose the resident all together. We cannot help if it is never brought to our attention to begin with.
In regards to the cleaning costs...residents sign a charge rate sheet upon move in that explain what costs could be involved if anything needs cleaned, repaired or replaced upon move out. We do not charge anything we do not have receipts for from the vendors who come out to help bring the homes back to move in ready condition.
At the time this motorcycle was towed, we did not know whos it was. We had posted a note for towing because it had cobwebs and the kickstand had put a hole in our asphalt. After several days with no response, it was towed (also per policy in the lease that was signed by the resident). Another thing to note is that this resident no longer lived here when it was towed, so he obviously thought it was fair to have free storage for it here on our property.

Hole in the asphalt, sounds fishy..... And most people don't read notices, thats why most places send a notice to all apartments at the same time.

If someone put a notice on my vehicle, I'd read it. Do you really expect the apartment complex to notify every apartment of every notice on every vehicle? If my apartment did that, I'd think they were nuts.
Also, because your screen name is Parajedi and you drive a cobweb-clad motorcycle, I am assuming you are a man. I've always been amazed at how something can be filthy yet my guy friends think it's clean.
