I am a current resident of this apartment complex, and I find the management and maintenance people are just useless. Once they get you to sign the lease, they don't do a thing for you. Always excuses, nothing ever gets done or fixed here. Everything breaks because this complex is constructed with very cheap materials. Smells like urine sometimes too.

This sounds strange to me. I've never had issues with the management and maintenance not taking care of anything that comes up right away. The renovations are wonderful and nothing of mine is falling apart. I love living here and I've been here for 2 years.
