I have lived in 6 apartments over the last 7 years. I feel that marina landing is the best apartment complex that I have lived in out of all of them. The staff are very friendly (Im confused by the other comments on here) and I have had a few things fixed quickly after I notified the apartment staff. They are staffed on the weekends which is nice for folks who work jobs that prevent them from getting in during the day. The views are amazing and it is a just a quick short walk to one of the best parks on Lake Washington. I am sad to be moving ... I would recommend this place to anyone - In fact, I have recommended it to a many people already. Friendly residents, a great community, and a nice peaceful, beautiful place to live.
