I have been renting from the last 10 years and this is the for sure worst management and renting experience ever. I paid $600 in addition to security deposit ($200) when I moved out even though my place was sparkling clean. They will get you. I guarantee that everyone ends up paying a lot more per month when you include all the associated fees. I beg you to please please 'don't stop by'.

I had a friend who moved out of here a couple months ago and they said they weren't charged hardly anything. Most likely this place had damage other than cleaning or it really wasn't as clean as they say it was.

Rugs needed to be replaced BEFORE I moved in. Wasn't enough room on the move-in inspection eport to itemize all the flaws! Then they try to say I am the one who damaged carpet? (WTF?!) They need to start being more honest with their tenants and prospective new ones,by disclosing these policies and explain their track record for stealing fro tenants as they move out!

I still know a couple of people living at marina landing and guess what...they got the residents car towed away just because he was missing the resident's sticker. ended up paying $400 . just be aware.
