I lived in Marina Landing for a year. I was forewarned but didn't listen. I had no major problems while I was there. But just wait till you move out. I paid to have it professionally cleaned and carpets shampooed but I was charged over $1,500, in addition to my deposit, for damage and cleaning anyway. Damage and dirt had been noted on my move-in but I was still being charged for it and the unit was cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in. They demanded payment immediately, they don't give you payment options. Their management collection agent harrassed me at my job and refused to stop. I hired an attorney and did get the charges reduced, but still had to pay several hundred dollars to settle or else pay much more to go to court. They have you over a barrel as my attorney said. While I was living there, one manager even told me that they can and have gone into these apartment review sites and have had reviews deleted that they didn't like. Please take heed to everyone's warning. This is really how they operate and not a reputable management.

This was my experience as well. I even completely repainted my fireplace and still didn't get a penny of my deposit back. This apartment complex is shadey and will get your money anyway they can.

They did this to me as well. The manager at the time was some ditz named "Danielle Onion" and she looked like a plump, cheerleader wanna-be. Even though the apartment was vacated by me cleaner and better condition than when i rented, theynot only stole my security deposit, but sent an additional $500. bill to cllections, just to damage my credit. The place was infested with ants and bugs, and was definately past due for a major remodel / tear-down replacement. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! There are bette places in the area with less hassle.

I had the very same experience. Please do not live here. They are pure evil.
