Marina Landing provided me with the worst experience in apartment life I ever had, ever. The management and maintenance staff are completely horrible and useless. This is absolutely a terrible place to live, the worst ever.

Another anonymous review with no specific information. If you have something to say, say it. If you want it to be credible be willing to answer follow-up questions from prospective residents. I am.

Choosing to post a review anomously is my option, and that certainly doesn't take away from the truth of what I have written. Marina Landing is the all time worst apartment complex I have ever lived in, ever, and that is the truth. I attribute this bad experience shared by myself and other residents here to the terrible management and maintenance staff, who are completely unresponsive, negligent, and even disrespectful of tenants maintenance requests. That is my experience with Marina Landing, and I live amongst others here who know the same. I choose to post anonymously because I know I will receive even poorer service if I posted a clearer description of the problems here. Besides billp3rd, what is your point, who cares, don't you have something better to do than make weak logical points on the internet? We all know you are in the management of Marina Landing. I mean who else monitors the apartment ratings of their complex just to make sure nobody expresses a truly bad experience, except management. Look at every positive posting about Marina Landing, those are the weakest least specific reviews, it is easy to tell they are written by Marina Landing management. I can't wait untill my lease expires, I am out of here. You want to push it billp3rd, we can tango, but the point is Marina Landing is the worst. Oh yeah like prospective residents waste their time writing crap like billp3rd, get real. If you want to rent an apartment where your legitimate maintenance requests are ignored, and you are provided with the minimal service allowed by law, than go ahead billp3rd, and rent from Marina Landing, but I bet they sign your pay checks. If billp3rd and the rest of the maintenance and management staff of Marina Landing apartments desires positive tennant ratings, then earn them. Marina Landing sucks. yours truly, ANONYMOUS!
