Marina Landing is the worst place to live. Apartments are falling apart. And nobody is doing anything. One of the rooms was leaking from the sprinkler system and wet all the time. Staff would not do anything about it. The room smells soooo bad you can not live there. The place is full of mold. Ants crawling everywhere no matter what floor you live on. My advice is just not to rent from Marina Landing. I dont want anybody to go thru what I had to go thru.
