Let me get that bad stuff out of the way early. There is a park across the street which can have many people visiting throughout the summer. There are boat races in August/September and heavy traffic on Lake Washington Blvd. which can disturb your sleep if you happen to be in a unit close to the road which I was. Also, no air conditioning, but I think that is standard for the Seattle area.

Now on to the good stuff. The management here was the best I have ever had, and I have lived in several apartment complexes. The one time I requested maintenance, it was fulfilled within one day, on a Sunday. One of the ladies there, Jo Gerdin, seemed to be there 7 days a week, and she is about the nicest person I have ever met. When someone hit my car in the parking lot, Jo and another lady tracked down who was responsible and helped me get compensation from the individual. Really, I don't know what more you can ask from an apartment management. Noise levels were almost nonexistant, but with the windows open, you have to expect a little. Finally, I only had a $25 move-out fee for cleaning, and considering I left stuff in pretty bad repair, I was really happy with that. I highly recommend this place.
