If your looking for an apartment complex that is quiet, peaceful, and located next to one of the nicest parks in seattle; this one is for you. There is no crime here, no bus lines, people are very courteous and quiet. Lake washington is right acrossed the street, along with a very nice park. Excellent customer service, any maintenance concerns are delt with same-day. Great place to live.
