Before you rent with Marina Landing, you might want to check the Better Business Bureau rating for Riverstone Residential, evidently the parent company of Marina Landing. They have been given an F by the Better Business Bureau.

HAH! This complex is a run by shady management/ownership. Kiss your security deposit goodbye the day you move in. They see it as another revenue source! Also, you may be billed MORE than that security deposit, for imaginary damages. If you don't pay them, they turn you into a collections agency and try to destroy your credit so that they can make sure that you never own your own house!
