I am so relieved I finally found a nice place to reside with my four year old boy, we just relocated from California and LOVE it here! They have a ton of things for him to do, and it helps with our family time. I just want to thank the staff in the office, because they made it so much easier with the transfer. So far, so good ;)

I'm inclined to believe the random "happy" people are the occasional staff who want to pump the ratings. "Tons for your 4 year old to do?" Did they provide you with a daycare service? There is NOTHING here for children to do but run and play in the grass and parking lots and streets. The sad thing is - this really is no different than the hundreds of other apartments around the country.

There really is not any decent area in which children can play. I was told they are going to build a new play area at the Madison, and that they are going to implement several programs that will keep kids engaged (also adults). According to lease item 20-2, nobody is supposed to run / play in/on sidewalks or parking areas. And if the kids are unsupervised, they tend to follow the path of least resistence and end up doing things they should not be doint (i.e., destroying property, etc.). RESPECT is something sorely lacking and needs to be taught to these children.

Absolutely, the random "happy" people are either the staff or someone paid by the staff. The sheer number of negative postings far outweighs any positive postings (no doubt planted by the office staff). No way around it - that place is a dump. You can slap a new coat of paint on it, but it's still a dump. And the colors they picked are disgusting. They used to at least be attractive. Yep, you can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig.

It is sincerely too bad that there are so many pessimistic people that live here. I go swimming with him in the pool, we take our new puppy for walk, we even play catch in the tennis courts. We are more excited about the movie theatre, and the outdoor track being put in. I look for the sun and not the rain, maybe that is my Cali way?

Wow!!!they are obviously paying for her rent and she must have just moved from Cali (i would understand why she would "love" these apatrments because apartments in Cali are worst) SORRY. This place is a dump. The maintenance comes to your apartment whenever they want and the apartment is full of ants and the staff does nothing sbout it. We now dont even get assin=gned parking and the rent is way too expensive, and if you do want a covered parking umm you have to pay $100 extra(this is ridiculous)
