Ghetto, Smelly, Poor Managment, Not Safe at Night

Reported dog crap outside of apartment 10 times. Nothing done! Smelly summer! Embassment to bring company over because of smell. Not safe to walk at night! Rules not enforced. As soon as Lease is up, I am out!
