Work orders not done - ammenities never functioning - always lied to about what's working and what's broken - no notification of problems in complex - no number for security notification - very noisy at night - VERY NOISY - people not complying with rules for a 10pm curfew - lack of backbone in apartment management crew - BIG rotation of staffing - lack of respect for us as customers/residents who DO pay attention to rules and our contract with them - They don't enforce the NO PARKING policy - they don't keep accurate books for your account - I know of several people who have been screwed over because "their books don't reflect" even when you wave the canceled check or money order in front of them - lack of communication between office members and management - Seriously customer service training needed for their office staff personnel. Would never suggest anyone rent here.
