First thing: I was shown an apartment and when I signed the lease, I went to my apartment, and it wasn?t the one that they showed to me. I have put in work orders several times since I moved in, which was in March. Nothing has been taken care of. The only thing that?s good about living here, is that my neighbors are really nice. The playgrounds (if thats what you want to call them) are very very unsafe for the children because they aren?t maintained and the parts that the children step on are loose. I have a young child, and there?s no where for him to play. Management puts you off when you have a problem or complaint and then conviently forgets that you ever mentioned anything to them. When the new management took over recently, i put another work order in and only one thing was repaired and thats only because it was a fire hazard. I know that when my lease is up, I am definately moving. Next time I will thoroughly check into everything before I sign anything. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
