An interesting and bad experience

They talk a good game. No matter which of the 3 management teams who have been in the office - yes, they've gone through 3 sets of office staff, including the maintenance people - and almost all of them talked one way and acted another.
The grounds beneath balconies in the center are literally covered with dog droppings and cigeratte butts. I'm very surprised the place hasn't caught fire because of the dry grounds. They allow people with large dogs but don't force the people to clean up after their animals.
A lot of the friends I visit have stairwells and balconys that are falling apart from rot or falling away from the foundation of the housing unit. A serious legal nightmare waiting to happen.
The playgrounds are in very sad disrepair as well as the pool area (missing rails) the sauna (missing knobs) the tanning bed - holes in the walls and the exercise equipment is always flooded with congregating teenagers with no where else to go. When you ask the staff to do something about the problems, the assistant manager makes it seem like it's too much trouble to get off her personal phone calls to help a paying customer. The leasing assistant seems to want to help, but is actually helpless and the manager has lapses where she can't even remember a conversation with you from the day before. I imagine it's a good cover your ass move, but it's quite unprofessional and even slightly childish.
Beer cans and garbage litter the streets and grassy areas. Cars are illegally parked near fire hydrants and across the red lines, but nothing is ever done about it, even when you bring it right to their faces.
Mostly they treat you like dirt or that you shouldn't exist except to pay them their rent each month.
