It?s amazing that they want a police investigation for sharing public knowledge, at the very least, for sharing knowledge all residents of the apartment should have access to - unless they were in hiding from the tenants.



Information for your complaints - too bad the "new management" of Hillside Village refuses to listen to their paying customers. 4 more were moving out this weekend.



The sad thing is - the people at the corporate level refuse to acknowledge paying customers or problems, either. They ignore emails, faxes and phone calls.



The new owners of Hillside Village are being run through a property management company called Grandpeaks out of Colorado ? this is an extension of the previous owners, Simpson Properties.

I know which apartment you?re in because I live nearby and saw the many, many people trooping into your apartment with the wet-vac and other tools.

The only way I know to deal with ignorant businesses is to remove my business and the money I?m paying them will now go to someone else.



We recently heard the a women who complains regularly but had been at Hillside Village over 12 years...yes, someone put up with them for 12 years....has been evicted' Asked to leave.....lease not renewed....interesting how they run people off. And sad because it had such potential.
