First off,the maintenance sucks. It took weeks to get simple work orders done. Some of them took so long i bought parts and did them myself. 2/3 of the office staff i met have been incompetent and very rude at times. One time while picking up a package I had to wait a couple minutes and had to cough to interupt a conversation staff was having about pregnancy, to even be recognized. They also lost our rent check,and took no responsability. Furthermore they asked me if "i trusted my roommate to pay rent", when i already told them we were together when it was dropped off. The professionalism with this staff is missing, as it takes a couple calls and messages to even get through to them.

As for the ghettoness and black remarks from other post's, i dont agree. I am white and have never had any problems with any "black" neighbors let alone anyone else. Everyone has actually been quite pleasent and freindly. I could see older people veiwing this property as a ghetto due to the younger crowd. But no complaints from me....maybe because no one can get my car cause i got a garage!Im sure my veiw would change if my car got f***ed with.

Overall if your looking for a spacious apartment, dont mind incompetant office monkeys, and can do a little maintenance work yourself, this might be your place. But if your looking for great management/maintenance staff check out the Renaissance or Metropolitan Place...Ive heard from friends they are both excellent.(Plus the guys and girls in the offices are freaking hot)Overall Hillside Village= 6.5 out of 10 Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
