What Management''

Did they get their management training through a correspondance course' Either they don't have a clue as to what goes on in the apartment complex, or they just do NOT care! Shouldn't it be required that you divulge to tenants that you have opened up the complex to Chapter 8 tenants' Some pay over a thousand dollars for an apartment, are quiet and go to work every day. And then there are the tenants who party night and day, and let their kids run wild all hours of the day and night, and their rent is paid by our tax money. This is not the environment I wish to live in, and understand why people are moving out at such a fast rate. Hopefully, some one will think twice about renting here. The management is unprofessional, lies constantly, dodges your phone calls when you have a problem, and enforces no standards in the community itself. Makes you definitely want to work more, be at home less, and count the days until your lease expires>>could never be soon enough!
