Living in a Moldy nightmare

I am stuck in this hellhole due to financial circumstances. I don't have the money to move somewhere else. The Management is terrible with a Capital T. I have given up on asking them to fix things, and have decided, that I will take delight when they have to tear the building down to to MOLD. I told them over a year ago that my window leaks everytime it rains. Which is often in Washington! I have to put towels in the window to soak up the water. Now mold is even on the wood in the outside walls. They never have cleaned the carpets since I moved in over 2 years ago. The carpet is so worn going into the vinyl areas that the carpet tack strip will cut your feet if you step there. My old apartment complex would clean once a year just to protect their investment. The Management is useless. They refuse to work with you. They lie, and blame stuff on the others. There has been numerous management in and out with the next being just as bad as the one that left. You can't enjoy the facilities that you pay for. They either have it locked and various hours they are suppossed to be open, change locks without giving out new keys, or not monitoring the pool in the summer. Don't even think about having a relaxing time at the pool. It is over-run with a pack of teens that need to be under house arrest! They jump in, swear and curse, chase each other and push their friends in on top of others in the pool. Someone will drown. I have an endlist list of complaints about this place, the ant infestation that occurs every spring, the kids that don't move out of the street when you are trying to drive out. But most of all my endless, fruitless struggles with what they call management. I hope you read this before you make the mistake of moving in!!!
