I have to say living here at Hillside Village has been very challenging for my family and I. When I rented my apartment I fell in love with it. It is very spacious and I love the fact that I can work at home since I would be able to have an office. I thought with all of these advantages this place would be perfect for us. Well, my experience here has been not so perfect.I was not under the impression when I rented my apartment that I would have two apartments on top of me as well as apartments on the side of me. I am hearing "everything" from all directions from my neighbors,even their most intimate moments. When I moved in the intial staff was friendly in which I liked, but since evryone has left the rest have been the most rudest, disinterested and antagonistic bunch of customer service(') people ever. I feel like I am a pest when I go into the office to ask them something or to complain about the loud music from cars pulling up to the mail boxes. I was told that they would do something about it but nothing has been done except for the run around. If you are thinking about moving in here you might want to look into this place a little bit more...because they charge top dollar but only gives chump change quality. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
