this place is trash. some of the people are very nice. most of the management could care less. do not live here

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Parking is a nightmare. A couple of days ago I came home and literally every cop car in Renton was here. No kidding. Rent was cheap but they have just raised it. The pool and hot tub are always out of order. The exercise equipment is very bad. Do yourself a favor do not move here. And pity those of us who do.
