Well for starters i have only been living here for about 2 months and have had nothing but problems since the day i moved in. Parking is one of a kind let me tell you, i was promised a garage and the web site states Townhomes are INCLUDED with a garage for the tenant. And i dont have the crappiest car to say the least. Plus i come home from my first job around 6pm and leave for second at 7pm and when i return around 3am my spot is always taken by random cars. Nothing you can do since they have stopped the right to have cars towed that are parked in you reserved spot. FYI. Then there is the quality of the townhome. All of my closets doors are broke and hard to open. Door jams leak when rains, appliances look like Mr Brady himself donated them. I mean for $1050 a month you would expect a little better right' Havent had any problems with noise from neighbors but cars are a big thing. Alarms going off at 4 in the morning. Office staff has a vendeta towards me for no reason. Wasnt given my mail key for a month because i didnt use "their" Qwest/Comcast package. Carpet was said to be brand new and i used the "Black Light" test and found old urine/fecise stains from previous tenants pet. I dont care if i get any money back from my deposits i just want out of my lease ASAP!!!!! STAY FAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! More to come i can promise you that! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
