Me and my family have lived here for almost a year and it has been the worst mistake of my life. It looks nice in the daylight when you go on tour but just wait until night falls. Then there is no parking to be found. They explain to you that you get a reserved space when you move in or a garage attached to your townhouse but didn't bother to mention that the parking lot only has 12 guest spaces. Management is a joke. When we first moved in the office staff was great. Always followed up with us when something was wrong. Now that the drunken chain smoking manager,Christina has come in it seems that they have gone off the deep end. I don't know how many times I've walked into the office and seen her yelling at another resident. What kind of customer service is that. We were even at the pool one day and she came storming in yelling like a drunken fool and a few kids that weren't bothering any one. My neighbor's are noisey but that doesn't bother me... it's called apartment living for a reason. I realize that manager are not babysitters but when you finally get tired of listening to the bass rattling your wall i would expect something to be said to the other resident when you finally ask for help. I eventually went over and asked my neighbor myself and she claimed she never received any notices from Christina. I would also like to point out that a friend of mine who lives in the complex were told by Christina that they were evicted from their ATTACHED garage. When we came home Christina and her fat side kick the maintenance Sup. had their garage open and changed the locks. Talk about breaking the law. To gain enterance to a garage or apartment the management has to serve a 48 hour notice. That was not done. The builings are also setteling down hill. THe walls in my apartment have huge cracks in them and not all the doors shut properly. The fitness center is a complete pit. The equipment is dated and broken. the hot tub was broken for months. It doesn't seem like the property management company cares or puts badly needed money it to this place. The only people who use the gym are roudy teens that like to have sex in the sauna and tanning bed room. Talk about nasty my wife used the tanning bed and found condoms on the bench. Don't they clean this place. I would not suggest living here to any one. Found another place to live and can't wait to move away from Hellside Village
