First the good things.
The grounds are kept clean and look nice.
Some of the staff are nice.
Now the negative.
Most of the staff are rather dense and/or clueless.
When it comes to repairs, they are VERY slow and always have excuses. Very lame excuses.
Loud thud thud cars, driven by punks and thugs, racing through the parking lot at all hours. One neighbor spins his tires everytime he leaves.
All this while kids are skateboarding in the driving areas and making a racket. This is against the rules. They are nice kids and mean no harm, but they are very loud and I do worry about them being hit.
Worst of all, there is a kitchen with hard floors right above my bed. I am not a light sleeper, but I have had to wear earplugs for the last nine months.
Recent new owners and things seem even worse.

Dear Anonymous,
I cannot speak for previous management, but at the time this was written, I had been at Montclair for about one month. I hope that things have changed as I have been trying to make things better and improving the property. If there is something else that I can do to help, please let me know.

Ben - you have done NOTHING to help or improve the property. Things have gone down hill since you've been on-board. I can't wait until my lease is up just so I don't have to read your ridiculous memos anymore.
