I have lived at Montclair Heights the better part of a year now, my lease is up in May, and so far so good. I love the floor plans, they are nicely laid out and it is much larger than most of the apartments I have lived in for a very nice price.
I know that some people have had issues with parking, but even before we purchased a garage (ONLY $75 a month!) we had no problems finding parking. Yes, the painting and the paving of the roads was REALLY annoying, but working for a builder myself in the past I understand that this process is always going to be frustrating and take awhile. My husband and I definitely took a tumble in the wet pavement a time or two :) Though annoying at least they are taking the time to upkeep the property!
My only problem has been with getting work orders done in a timely manner. I generally have to ask at least twice to get it done but the maintenance and leasing team are always sorry for the wait and are really nice to work with.
I am not sure if we will be renewing our lease or not because we tend to move a lot for work but if we are staying in the Renton area we will renew FOR SURE.
