I agree with the last post. The apartment building appears nice, but isn't all that it was cracked up to be. The size and the workout facility, etc. are nice. However, we have lived here a month and have put multiple work orders in for numerous issues. For example, we are renting a garage, but only have one opener (which took over 2 weeks for us to receive) and it is filthy with oil and burn marks on the ground and dirty hand prints all over the walls. Also, of the 4 drawers in the kitchen 2 of them are broken and none of our showers or toilets drain/flush the way they should. The staff is always nice when I go in, but that doesn't fix the issues going on.
However, we will not be renewing our lease. With the maintenance issues and some sketchy neighbors we will be renting elsewhere.

Sounds like the place has only deteriorated since I lived there in 1998! I moved out due to furniture being scattered around the property for days at a time when some of the tenants moved out, rap music (so called "music) blasting from various sources throughout the night, with the last straw being that a notice sent to all residents reminding us that we signed a lease stating we would not conduct drug dealing and/or prostitution from our homes. I've never lived anywhere that people needed to be reminded of that, and hope I never do again!!!
