The staff is nice but management doesn't seem to care about how filthy the pool is. They keep pouring a packet of something in the pool, but never once drained it and cleaned it in the 2 years I've lived here. It could be longer. There has been numerous break ins and security hasn't increased. If you move here, buy security for your apt. And its way too expensive for the location and crime ridden area. I've seen at least 5 police chases in front of my apt in the last few months.

I agree I??ve lived here for about 2 years only because its close to my college . the office staff are rude and arrogant. Work order turn around takes forever. i lived on the third floor and my ceiling leaked and they never came in to repair the water damage until i bugged them numerous amounts of time. The price of rent is too expensive for this crime infested neighborhood. don??t let the exterior fool you , this place is dirt cheap with rude customer service .

I AGREE! my roof leaked they came once to fix it but never completely fixed it! left a bucket to catch the water! management is RUDE! Overly priced for the locations..too much police and break ins.
