Summerhill is a pleasant place to live. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. Management is excellent and willing to work with a tenant if they have special requests as my husband and I did. The apartments are very spacious with several floor plans to choose from. We are very lucky to live over the swimming pool on the third floor because we have a spectacular view! However, we believe most all the apartments have a nice view regardless.
