I was pleasantly surprised at the value for your dollar at Summerhill! It is ver reasonably priced and you get a lot for your money.
The only complaint I have is that there are no washer/dryers in the apartments themselves and it cost abot $2.00 to wash and dry a load.
Additionally, the pipes are kind of old and sometimes the water is brown.
The apartments are spacious and I RARELY, if ever, hear my neighbors (who are all pleasant and friendly).
Parking is excellent. Guest parking couold be better.
Office staff and maintenance are freindly and helpful.
Also, there is some construction going on at a new housing development across the street. That is not a nice sound at 7:30am, but there's not much that can be done about that.
I highly recommend Summerhill!
