-Very Nosey Manager ( Her Name is Rita Lovejoy)
-The crew is good and helpful but not the manager. She sets rediculous rules and she involves in everybody's family and relationship issues. She always encourage people to break up so they can have a broken family or relationship. This is because she is a lonesome old lady that hates men and have a problem with happy couples. She hates children too. No compassion at all. She leaves her workplace all the time and leave all her work to an assisting manager. I don't understand why the property management need this lousy manager for'''

yes, very bad manager here. She is a very loud mouth and she is very bossy. No respect for people in the apartment. She is also very greedy. Very unprofessional management and needs to change. Please change the management so we can live happier here. Thanks

I would like to start by saying that I'm an employee of summerhill apartments and am responding to thie terrible and un-true bashing of the manager Rita Lovejoy. For one thing she DOES NOT hate children and in fact is always giving the children that live here special things; For exzmple some of these little ones come from all over the world and need coats because they are not used to our climate and Rita keeps coats around just for this reason. She also gives them stuffed animals, books, shoes all kinds of things that they may not have or need because she doesn't like ANY child to be with out. And as far as being selfish and only caring about herself anyone who REALLYknows Rita knows that this just isn't true.I myself have lived here at summerhill for close to five years now and personaly like the how she runs the property if it WASN'T for her constant concern for her employees and the residents that live here we'd ALL be living in a drug infested ghetto. So whoever you are that wrote these terrible things remember next time you see any of the staff; that if it weren't for ALL OF US that work here this place wouldn't be as nice as YOU know it really is.And just so you know Rita was nominated manager of the year by her property management company.
