Rita (the manager) is an extremely rude, inconsiderate and Napoleonic wench. Otherwise, it's a nice place.

We've lived here for 4 years and have really enjoyed it overall. The apartments are spacious and very inexpensive. The only drawback is that they're 35 years old and prone to having problems. However, the maintenance staff is terrific and they've helped us out a number of times with various issues.
The manager (Rita Lovejoy), however, is an extremely rude, inconsiderate and Napoleonic wench of a woman. She HATES everyone and won't think twice about being a total [blank] to you any chance she gets. She's not good with people and she very literally has a Napoleonic complex... she HAS to control everything that happens around her. This includes butting into people's personal lives, intercepting UPS packages for people (and then never telling the tenants that a package arrived for them), randomly stopping people in the parking lot to yell at them for having the parking sticker on the wrong side of the windshield, etc. This woman is a total [BLANK]!
Please understand that I'm just talking about Rita here. Everyone else who works in the office is great and they're far easier to deal with. I must give them major props for putting up with her EVERY DAY and not going postal on her... they must have nerves of steel because after 2 minutes with that woman I want to scream!!!

I totally agree with every word in the above review. Rita makes people's life a hell. I dont understand how can she continue as a manager. Apartments are great to live in, though there is absolutely no security to the cars, its a great location to live in. She makes rules for each person, she is like Fidel Castro in Cuba, only difference is, even in this free country, people are letting her to be a dictator. I dont understand, how can management, let her continue, who makes people's life a living hell everyday. |
