Before you come here, make sure Rita Lovejoy is fired. Otherwise, its not worth our time or energy, dealing with her crap.

One more disadvantage, absolutely no safety to the cars. If your car is brand new and has a good alarm system, you are fine. Or you have an old, junk car, and you loose nothing by loosing that car, you can come here and live.

She makes anything, even if that is a small thing, she makes it as humiliating, as embarassing as possible. That's her way. If you dont dance to her tunes, she goes to the extent of giving eviction notices, though it is illegal, given her criteria for giving such notices. She thinks that imigrants dont know the rules.

One more caution, never rent furniture from her. Once you hire her ------ furniture, she expects you to keep that as long as you live in this apartment. If you dare to go against it, she starts her abusive ways of dealing with you everyday, and makes your life a living hell.

All other people in that leasing office are helpful, but not much use. Because Rita controls all of them like her slaves.

I think you are probably one of those high paying Boeing employees on a contract for one year. You pay taxes, but take the majority of your money back to your country and live very high. Buy your own furniture if you are unhappy with the Manager. She stands her ground with people like you..............

I believe the phrase is "high paid", my little Liz Taylor fan. Considering your response to some of the reviews, you seem to have a grudge against Boeing employees. Summerhill was on my list of possibles. Not so much anymore.
