All these reviews are very true. I am just so depressed that why aren't the property management do anything about this. It seems that they are not doing their job. They should have give warning to Rita and terminate her if she continues the bad behavior. Don't forget that its the Tenants that pay their salary !!! This complex is very nice place to live in if they have a great Manager to serve the apartment. Rita is a very nosey and rude manager here and so many people have been complaining about her bad attitude and behaviour and yet nothing is being done. A professional business or management will make sure they will not have such a bad manager run the apartments. Do something about this manager - SOMEONE!!!! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

I agree with all the statements I just read. I have seen first hand what she is all about. She can be nice but like everyone she has a dark side. She reminds me of the Emperor in the last Star Wars Movie, the revenge of the Sith.He was nice to until he destroyed all of the good Jedi and took over the Universe. She runs Summerhill like the Death star, destroying tenents lives and making slaves of all tenents and workers.
