DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT rent from Summerhill Apartments. Rita L. must get fired! She is inconsiderate and rude. The complex had very bad power outages and brown outs in the past that caused costly dammages to my equipment. The water quality is crappy, dirty and rusty all the time. The elevators are poorly maintained and ill-equipped. The washers and dryers do not work well. And I know I cleaned my apartment well before I moved out and lost my deposits. Rita L. is a scam artist and a frigging liar. Gran Inc will be getting a letter about her. DO NOT GO TO SUMMERHILL APARTMENTS!!!

I agree! Rita is a BIG liar and scam artist. We should sue Gran Inc. for the poor management lead by Rita.

The inside of each building is so dirty. Has a very musty odor. Carpets need to be cleaned on a regular basis. Too much effort is put on the outside of the complex which doesn't have enough help to keep up. Flowers are nice but not everything. Whenever something is mentioned regarding inside carpets, etc. the manager becomes very angry. The people around here are basically too scared to say anything to the manager as they are always critized. I see nothing wrong with the washers and dryers. In fact, they are very nice and expensive ones. The manager does have GOOD TASTE when making new selections of appliances.

I just found out that Rita Lovejoy, the manager extra-ordinaire....let's people rent this place to serial killers and criminals. I'm starting to think that Rita has past convictions and that's why she's rude to people. I'm glad that I didnt re-up on my lease and finally getting out of here in a couple of months...The manager is a scam artist!! Please listen, you'll thank me later!!
