I moved in here in September 2009. I have not had any problems and as a Christian, I have prayed for this to be a safe community. The management is helpful and will work with you. The residents are a bit wary at first. I have had more positive than negative. I wish the parents would supervise their unruly children. Overall I feel this place has hope.
