Now if you had a real issue with this apartment community - wouldn't you rather try another forum to scream your frustrations... if you were really that upset, wouldn't you be calling an attorney... obviously - there is merit behind why the apartment manager asked you to leave OUR COMMUNITY... if you weren't going to be a part of us, then why should they have let you stay... that is why the rest of us rent here, because it is COMMUNITY - for families, not a place to hide your fraudelent business... as for myself, I am darned proud of living here at Valley Springs, primarily for the COMMUNITY, that it truly is and for the pure fact, that our management here does look out for the rest of us, and where we have chosen to pay our good money, to keep our own families safe from people like you... sorry sir, but I do believe, you just told on yourself, and made yourself look quite small, and I'm frankly glad you are gone... that just makes my COMMUNITY that much safer.... Thank you Valley Springs, we love you!

PEOPLE: ANDDREA THE MANAGER IS REPLYING TO THESE E-MAILS STOP POSTING COMMENTS?? PAY WHAT YOU OWE, AND MOVE ON??? $5,000 THIS APARTMENT MANAGER, ANDDREA HAS TRIED TO MILK US FOR, AFTER WE MOVED OUT IN 10 DAYS! SHE PROMISED WE WOULD OWE NOTHING. SAID SHE HAD THE APARTMENT RENTED, AND WE WOULDN'T OWE ANYTHING MORE. THEN, BOOM, CALLS COMING FROM LAWYERS AT COLLECTION AGENCYS SAYING WE OWE OVER $5,000. SHE LIED WHEN WE MOVED IN, AND SHE'S LYING NOW. WHAT STARTED THIS? BECAUSE SOMEONE POSTED CRAP ABOUT OUR BUSINESS ON THE INTERNET SAYING NEG CRAP THAT WAS LIES. SO, NOW, -----, HOW DO YOU LIKE THE SAME MEDICINE? YOU KICKED US OUT BEECAUSE OF IT, TELLING US LIES. $5,000??? YOU'VE GOT AT LEAST 5,000 NEGATIVE COMMENTS COMING YOUR WAY DAILY. FROM OTHER TENANTS AS WELL WHO HATE YOUR TWO-FACED, NICE ONE DAY, ----- THE NEXT DAY AGGRAVATION. YOU THINK WE'RE GOING TO EVER QUIT AFTER A $5,000 BILL. CANCEL IT, AND CALL YOUR COLLECTION AGENCY WITH PROOF YOU CANCELLED THIS DEBT, OR YOU ARE GOING TO HEAR ABOUT THIS ON EVERY WEB SITE, BLOG SITE WE CAN FIND. PUT THAT IN THE BANK!

Ok so shame on you again 1. You have no clue what you are talking about and 2. STOP calling her names you are a bully. 3.We don't want bad people here so carry on little man. I am a tenant here and there are no problems here now that you are gone so you need to get over it , pay what YOU owe and be done with it..Move on

Ken, Be very careful when your lease is up and make sure that all of your paperwork is in order. I was one of the first tenants and have been there for over 3 1/2 years. My month to month rent was $1,305.00 which included the fee for the carport. I signed all of the papers that were presented to me and they only refunded me $316.00 even though I stayed a few extra days to clean the apartment and moved out on the 12th of July. As of last week, they are still telling me that they have to talk with their managers to settle my refund. It has now been almost three month, and I haven't had a response yet. I think they are just putting things off, hoping that I will drop everything. I will let you know what happens and the recourse that I will be taking if I do not recieve a response soon.
