I had lived in the Windsor for 3 years. I loved the manager at the time which was Claudia and then became Angela which was the leasing person when I moved in (She was GREAT I am glad I left before she did seeing the property now). I never had my car broken into, my maintenance request were completed in a timely manner etc. I moved out due to the rent going up so high. I didnt think the 2 x 1's were worth 1025. I recently decided to move back to Renton so I went to look at the Windsor as my son enjoyed the pool, he still has a few friends there, and the price is reasonable for the area. When I went there I seen Angela was gone, that was a drag. Then to see the new manager and her staff was a deciding factor and there is NO WAY I would move back there and pay that 1050 stleast to live in that mess! The leasing girls ghetto boyfriend was waiting for her as she spoke to me just lounging in the sitting area so she rushed the information to me instead of taking her time. The manager was unprofessional and just GHETTO! They spoke of how bad Angela ran that property however if you notice if you read the reviews from when Claudia and Angela were there I think there are maybe two negative comments out of like 15 vs all the negative since the new manager. I felt like I was in Skyway trying to rent an apartment. The place isnt kept up as it use to be, the people walking in the complex look a little suspect. I spoke to my sons friends parents and they said they are moving due to the rent increase, the property going down hill and the rude management. This is all too bad because this use to be a GREAT, FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL complex! My mother and Aunt are both property managers so I am aware of how unreliable these comments are. They are usually posted by bad residents that have been asked to leave, paid rent late etc. I am not that, I received my entire deposit back and never had an issue while living there but after my recent visit to the Windsor I am going to Forestview and will pay the extra 100 a month to have professional staff and a clean complex.

I completely agree with this. I am still waiting for the beer can and pregnancy test to be picked up from outside my building.

I agree this place is not maintained at all! Maintenance and so-called grounds keeping is horrible!

They haven't had a grounds keeper for months, but it appears that they got one last week... This is my last year here, can't afford it anymore and tired of the BS.
