DON'T MOVE TO BELLAVISTA

Find somewhere else to live.

If you like the headache of dealing with a management office full of unprofessional stuck up young girls and a manager that would rather make your life difficult than provide you with excellent customer service, then, by all means MOVE IN! Keep in mind that everyone who works for Bellavista lives in the apartment complex so you can be sure that they are watching your every move.

They are quick to point the finger and post notices on your door about how YOU broke the rules, when they have no proof or idea of who was really responsible.

Another reason why you should live somewhere else would be because you will be able to hear everything your neighbor is doing through the walls.

And I mean EVERYTHING! From doing their laundry to putting dishes away and dont get me started on how easy it is to hear what your neighbor is watching.

Bellavista was built with cheap materials.

The price of rent is not worth the cheap living.

my guess is that you were one of those people that broke the rules and was caught when you thought no one was watching. On site managers is why I live there and they have always taken care of problems immediately even after hours. As for the office girls, I believe that is not a fair assessment. They are young and what they lack in knowledge they more than make up for in friendly demeanor. The manager is from what I can see, probably been doing this for 10 years and has seen and heard it all and does not get involved personally and may come off not as "nice" but has always been very fair and is obviously dealing with those that are not following the rules. Bellavista is a great place to live and is not portrayed fairly by this review.

living upstairs i didn't hear much, but i had quiet neighbors, except a guitar player who played ALL FREAKING NIGHT LONG..and yes you could sing along with him. I called NUMEROUS times on him, and they never kicked him out. I found this disturbing. People have to work in the morning. They had great service when something was leaking, broken, or whatever. GREAT SERVICE THERE.. my biggest complaint, and why I moved was their constant Up-ing the Rent. In just a year and a 1/2 my rent went from 625 to 850. They never took into consideration loyalty and that bothered me. Then, they lied to me over and over about apartments because I was interested in switching. Finally i just decided to buy a house. My house payment is only 40 dollars more than i would be paying them.

This is inded a weird place, unfriendly , inept office staff, where is ----------------------- or whoever and why don"t they talk to clients instead of hiding behind the ------- that they stuck in there to push crappy construction and hiden rules of not so fair housing????

Like the first response mentioned, the management staff is either inept or unfriendly. They do not have the convinience of the resident in mind.
