I've lived in a 3 bdr here for 2 years.

The apt are very nice and I have a great view of the river.

Most of the time it is pretty quiet.

For apt living this is the best.

We get quick responses when we have any issues.

My only complaint is that management doesn't enforce the parking rules.

Lazy people park wherever they want, blocking sidewalks, etc.
