Very, vary happy at El Dorado

We were surprised to read the other reviews, though they are dated.

We have been hear a little under a year.

Though we are in the newer stucco building, "yes the older building isnt very impressive" we enjoy the spacious room, walk in closets, balconies, park/ courtyard like settings and the trees.

I dont think it is ideal for familes with kids, but I think in general it is pretty quiet for an apartment complex,, you cant require complete silence in and complex, and anyone who has rented long enough knows this.

We dont find our utility bills anything like the other reviews listed.

The location is great near shopping, a track, schools and parks, and the area is VERY walker friendly.

We enjoy it here and think we will be staying.

The only down side is the parking, the parking lot is small, with assigned spots for everyone, though sometimes not near your apartment, im not sure why that is,, but there is no guest parking, so if a neighbor has guests you may be out of luck on your parking spot, but that has only happened once for us, most people are pretty good about parking because we all are limited.

The parking lot has been repaved which is very nice and the outside of the complex has just been cleaned. They reassigned parking spots so one is close to your unit and one is a little further down. This is a quiet complex and the new manager has been working hard to resolve any concerns that we have. The other reviews are very old and with the new manager I do not find my neighbors complaining about these things.
