After, reading the older reviews what were these people expecting. If you move into a complex that is more than 30 years old, of course the utility bills are going to be higher. If you are looking for energy efficent go to a newer complex.
I have lived in both sections. The wood section is small but it does have a carport and a huge storage room. I would say it was easier to hear neighbor noise in the wood section than the stucco section but my neighbors have not been overly noise at all.
The stucco section has been nicer. I like the bigger floor plan and the fire place but I do miss my large storage room. Storage in the stucco side is limited to your closets. I guess that the price you pay for more square footage.
The current on-site manager has been wonderful. You always see her working and she is happy to help any way she can. The earlier managers have done their job but have not always been the most talkative people.
I would like to see more parking and an exercise room but over all it has been a good experience.
