We had many problems with our neighbors below us making noise and the staff never took us seriously to fix the problem. Just because the people making noise were older people that had been there for a while, they took their side and never fixed our problems. We will never rent there again because the manager takes sides and doesn't fix their tenants complaints. We paid a lot of money there and expected to be treated well and were not.

I would have to disagree with your recomendation totally. How do you know that they did not believe you? Did they actually tell you that you were lying? Why did you have to keep complaining to the office anyway? Couldn't you have talked to your neighbor like a mature adult would have? I lived there a long time and never ever heard or saw the staff treat anyone poorly wether it was a resident or someone looking for an apartment. I think that you are just being immature about it because if you feel you need to complain online about something that you as an adult should have been able to handle then maybe you were just being a little to picky and just trying to make a big stink about nothing at all. Did you ever think of that??

I think that there must be a mis understanding I lived at Riverpointe for 3-years and I felt that the Riverpointe Staff entirely took care of the residents, I am shocked to hear that they would not take care of something due to someones age. I loved it there and I would reccomend it to anyone! It is quiet and maintenance is quick to take care of work order, they even offered to pick up my mail and trash after I got out of the hostpital. I would say they go above and beyond for the residents. They have kids club once a month, my daughter loved that. Anyway, you should get your "facts" streight before making such hurtful comments like that.

These people haven't lived here in a while so don't listen to them! They don't even do the kids club anymore! The place has really gone under...it's really very sad! I've talked to many people here that agree. But we are all stuck in leases! It makes it hard when the manager is two faced! I just want to be told straight up. Don't act like your going to do one thing...and then days later pretend like you didn't say it! I truly hate supporting this appartment with my hard earned rent money each month! As soon as I can I'm breaking out like a jail bird!
