This is the worst place I have ever lived!!! The manager is a very unprofessional and two-faced woman. She is not at all qualified to be an apartment manager. Cleaning the grease pit at Mc Donalds is more appropriate. The maintenece manager is equally unquallified. A simple fix, plan on it being repaired 3-4 times before it is fixed. Then they will charge you for it! If you have kids or animals, do not live there. It is not a family or pet friendly place to live. They allow pets, but will charge you if they go to the bathroom on the grounds. You have to walk clear off the property with your animals. Kids get harrased by the manager, and old crabby neighbors if they make a sound at noon, on a saturday. Do not recommend! I heard Crosspointe has the best manager in town!

This is a childish way to handle your complainte. I know for a fact that the entire staff at Riverpointe is professional and the maintenance superviser is quick to handle all work order requests. I hope that prospective residents give them a chance, it really is a great place to live. If you ask me they go above and beyond for residents!

Hmmm..I have been at Riverpointe for almost a year now and other than realizing that the rent may be a bit steep compared to similar apartments in the area I have to disagree with everything in this message. They are prompt to fix anything that needs attention and even take care of animals that stray from owners' views. The only pet problems I have seen is owner's not watching there pets and leaving it to other tenants to handle....

Riverpointe is great and does alot to please the residents. and if you come to ----- with a problem she would fix it as soon as possbile with a smile on her face!

FYI...that last comment was spammed and someone used my account to do so. I just got an e-mail asking me to verify I had created an account and typed that review which I did not do. Never even heard of Riverpointe Apts.
