Manager, and maintenece manager are horrible!!! Place is over priced and most people who live there are rude, and complain to the manager for the littlest noise!

Anybody who even contimplates living here, need to check to see if they have a pulse. If they do, I guess that is one more thing you have than the manager does!

This web site is stricktly for opinions. I really like Riverpointe Apartments. I lived here for three years and honastly, I appreciate the letters that go out to residents regarding pet policies. If you are obiding by them like I do then you wont get charged a fee. I have a lab and appreciate that I can have my pet here, she loves walking along the river. I get really irritated when people are not resonsible with pets because I also have a son who likes to roll around in the grass. We dont want any superises. My son is also very excited about the new playground, this is for the children so I don't understand why this person would say such things. I like Bobbi and I also like the maintenance people. They get things done very quickly, being here three years I think I know. I would reccomend this property to all my friend and co workers.

I would have to totally disagree with this response of the first comment. Pets are not welcome, kids are not liked, and people in general are not welcome here either! The manager has zero people skills, and tells you one thing, and then stabs your back! The maintenence staff is also horrible! Like other people have said, if you have pets or kids, go somewhere else and save you the heartache of having to deal with the manager! I can't wait till my lease is up!!!!!!!
