We thought this was a great place to live, but were dead wrong! If you have children or pets, do not rent here! Manager pretends to be on your side, but after you sign a lease, you are screwed! She will do anything to make your stay miserable! If you have a dog, you have to walk clear off the property to take it to the bathroom, or you get a $250 fine. If you allow pets, have a pet area! And if you have kids, you can't have them outside at all without her complaining. "the kids are being too loud"! Why have a play area, if they can't use it! This might as well be a retirement home!

The maintence staff is horrible also! Be prepared to get charged for little repairs! They can't even fix minor stuff the first time!

Another warning: Kiss your deposit goodbye! You will not get all of it back because of made up charges!

This is so sad. I used to live there probably like 4 months ago, and all of these bad reviews are for people to get stuff off there chest and complain. Honestly if you don't like it move out. The staff is awesome and the apartments are really nice. I had my dog there and I would never let it go to the bathroom on the property with out picking it up. That's just disgusting. So I can understand getting charged for it. The property looks really good, because the management doesn't let everyones dog crap on the property and kill the grass and plants. I'm pretty sure EVERY apartment I have lived makes you walk your dog around the property. Anyways, the staff always treated me and my kids really well and if it's the same staff that was there when I was with Bobbi and that new girl working there, then you will have a great experience. So who ever reads this don't let these people give you a bad opinion.

unfortunately, this IS a bad place to live. The neighbors are noisy, rude, and snobby for the most part. The management is terrible, they lie and kiss up to get you to sign a lease only then to find out they are vicious and come banging on your door with accusations of violating this or that policy and you have no say whatsoever in the matter. This happened to several people here and not sure why. I always pick up my doggie poo, but others do not and that makes us innocent folk suffer as well. This place is a dump, or maybe I just have a higher standard of living than those who are here.
