This was the worst decision of my adult life to sign a lease at Riverpointe! Lousy neighbors, lousy maintenence, and above all, ignorant, and lousy managment!lloks nice from the road, but once you get sucked in and sign a lease, you are in hell. They fix things half a**!! Manager will try to suck every penny out of you when you leave. She will make up charges and come up with silly excuses on why she charged you. I still live here, but I have seen her do it to more than a couple of residents. I can't wait till my lease is up. VERY SOON!!!!

I completely agree. That manager Bobbi is an incredible liar and full of crap! You couldn't have said it better "ignorant and lousy management!" They are not pet friendly either and will lie, lie, and lie some more to hand out fines. Yes, never in my life have I lived in a place that fines their residents if a neighbor doesn't like them or their pet. WTF??? Bobbi, the manager is all nicey nice when she wants to have you sign a lease then turns to a lying evil ----- from hell - stay away, stay far far away
